Our WhatApp Group

VERY IMPORTANT

A visit to Hogwarts requires constant communication—after all, how else can we stay in touch across such vast realms?
While owls are quite reliable, they can be a tad slow when the urgency calls for instant exchange of magic. For this very reason, every witch and wizard attending the event must join our Secret Communication Circle.
Mind you, this enchanted group is reserved only for those 100% confirmed to attend our gathering in Vegas. If you’re merely a curious mortal or a wandering soul, beware! A mischievous spell may be cast upon you, and you might find yourself transformed into a purple-toothed, dancing llama forever prancing through the corridors of the castle!

So, do not delay! Scan the magical QR Code or click on this enchanted link to enter the Secret Communication Group.Click here to access group

The Enchanted Gathering Grounds

For this extraordinary pilgrimage to Hogwarts, we’ve chosen the Tuscany Suites & Casico as our Event Headquarters. Do you have to stay there? Absolutely not—you’re free to choose your own quarters. However, a word of caution: Las Vegas hotels can be as tricky as a Transfiguration lesson, offering one price, only to surprise you later with a pesky Resort Fee of up to $75!
But fear not! Our Magical Sorcerer, Eric, has cast a powerful charm and negotiated an exceptional deal with the hotel to waive these pesky fees. From January 26th to 30th, the rate is a mere $79—NO hidden fees—but here’s the catch: when you visit the website, you’ll see a price of $179. That’s because the rate starts on Saturday, January 25th. If you change your dates to the 26th-30th, the rate drops to $79.
Time is of the essence—we need to book quickly to ensure you secure this magical rate! If you haven’t reserved your spot, now is the time!

Wizards’ Reconstitution Fee

Squibs, Muggles, Wizards, and Grand Wizards, as you well know, our gatherings are unlike any other. We don't simply meet in one place—these events stretch across realms, with different venues and various magical stipulations. Some places, especially in the enchanted land of Las Vegas, require additional fees for entry, meals, and even security.
These extra charges are not included in your tuition, and they must be paid before stepping through the portal to our event.
For first-time Squibs attending these events, the first-timer’s fee will be $510.
For those already enrolled in our 1-year program, even if it's your first time attending, the fee will be $275

Revealing the Sorcery Shaping This Event

As you well know, the Credibility and Trust Acceleration (CTA) program is currently in beta testing.
This program spans 9 transformative steps, and this event marks Step #7: Credibility Staging. One of the key elements we wished to explore was the possibility of offering this event as the first entry point into our universe. To do so, we’ve intentionally lowered the entry barrier, setting the price to cover only the costs of hosting this magical gathering.
As such, all participants NOT currently enrolled in the 1-year CTA program have been invited under the condition of paying a Recovery Cost of $510. This amount covers:- Your full participation in this enchanting event
- A month of pre-event training (which has already been delivered)
- The Collective Contribution Mandatory Fee of $275.
Click here is you have not yet been OFFICIALLY accepted on the Beta Program
For participants already enrolled in the 1-year CTA program, and the Members of the Speaker Travel Club the only required payment is the Collective Contribution Fee of $275 (Mandatory)Click here to process your payment

Please Process Your Collective Contribution Fee As Soon as Possible and Then Proceed To Check-in!

Cauldron of Contributions & Dutch Treats

For those new to our enchanted gatherings, you’ll soon discover that we’re a rather mobile lot, regularly hopping from one magical venue to another. Now, here’s where the Dutch Treat magic comes in—most meals during the event are Dutch Treat, meaning you are responsible for your own expenses. After all, even magicians need to mind their Gringotts accounts!
However, some venues where we conjure our magic have certain requirements. They may ask for a minimum consumption per group and often do not accept separate billing (alas, muggle systems!). Additionally, short-term venue rentals—quite different from full-day magical sanctuaries—may require contributions for things like cleaning, insurance, entry fees, and various other mystical surcharges.
To keep things flowing like a well-brewed potion, we must collect these fees in advance. This way, the magic stays seamless, and everyone can focus on casting spells rather than counting knuts and galleons.
And here’s the enchanted part: every participant—be they Magician, Sorcerer, Witch, Illusionist, Faculty, or even the occasional Muggle (yes, we mean the non-magical folk)—must contribute to this mandatory fee. This will not only cover all those venue-related charges but also provide for some delicious snacks, magical drinks, and at least two meals during the event.
So, gather your contributions into the Cauldron, and let’s keep the magic alive!

Checking In For the Hogwarts Express

Attention, Esteemed Magicians!
As you may well know, your grand departure shall take place from none other than Platform 9¾ at Paddington Station. Yes, your adventure begins even before you set foot outside your home! In preparation for this magical journey, it is of utmost importance that you Check-In for the Experience.
Now, dear travelers of the arcane, this is no ordinary check-in. It is a magical rite that ensures your name appears on the Sacred Registry of Hogwarts. Without completing this most vital step, entry to the hallowed halls of Hogwarts shall remain sealed! We implore you to take this moment seriously—failing to check-in means you may find yourself wandering the muggle world rather than enjoying the wonders of Las Vegas.

Checking In For the Event

On the right side, you’ll find a QR Code or a Link that grants you access to the Check-In Form. This form is your key to unlocking the gates of your magical journey! Here’s what you must do to ensure your place at Hogwarts Montana:
1. Agree to the terms and conditions of this enchanted gathering. 2. Confirm your arrival and departure dates, allowing us to prepare the proper spells and portals to ensure your safe and timely passage.3. Process the Mandatory Recovery and Collective Contribution Fee—this essential contribution fuels the magic that brings this experience to life. Remember, it is through your support that the enchantment thrives!

Once these magical requirements are complete, your spot at this event will be secured, and the full wonder of the adventure shall be yours. We cannot allow any magician who has not properly checked in or processed their fees to join us—it would disrupt the delicate balance of magic we’ve conjured!

So, gather your wands, pack your robes, and make haste to complete this final step in your journey!

The magic awaits… but only if you’re on the list.

Agenda and Handouts

Magicians, Sorcerers, Illusionists, Wizards, and Witches, gather your wands!
Here are two essential documents for the event: your Magical Handouts, filled with groundbreaking wizardry to help you summon attraction at will. Be sure to print them, place them in a binder or booklet, and bring them to class in Hogwarts.
Handouts Have Been provided in the Whatsapp Group if You do not have them simply ask for the PDF!
Alongside the handouts, you’ll also find the Official Agenda. I highly recommend having a printed version and also downloading it to your phone, as these documents are the key to unlocking the full magical experience.
Click here to download the Official Agenda
With these in hand, your journey through this enchanted event will be as smooth as casting a perfect Wingardium Leviosa—a charm used to make objects float effortlessly into the air. And just like that, you’ll soar through the event with ease and grace!

PRE-EVENT TRAINING

VERY IMPORTANT

In days of old, our gatherings would span over 7 to 10 days—an adventure that, though wondrous, required considerable sacrifice, especially for those leaving their daily duties behind. We’ve heard your requests, and in response, we’ve condensed the experience into just 4 ½ days. This enchanted shift honors your bustling schedules and lightens the burden of accommodations and other expenses.
To ensure you’re fully prepared for the magical journey ahead, we’ve arranged 4 essential pre-event training sessions. These are designed to elevate you to the status of a Key Person of Influence, a vital step on your path to mastery. The videos you’ll find below were recorded in preparation for our Montana Event, but rest assured, this knowledge is indispensable as you venture toward Vegas.
Additionally, we’ve prepared 2 extra training sessions to further refine your craft. And yes, the replays will be available below as well. However, these sessions are centered around preparing you for an enchanted training in Stagecraft, where you’ll learn to wield the power of the stage and become a true Stage Master. It is crucial that you watch these videos before setting foot in Vegas, and that you participate LIVE in the Wednesday session prior to the event.

WHAT TO PACK & HOW TO PREPARE:

We're currently in the process of updating this page. While some of the content might be from previous events, we believe it remains relevant and useful. A common query we receive is about what to wear and what to pack for the event. To address this, I highly recommend watching our informative videos. They're packed with insights on personal branding, and they'll likely answer many of your questions.
Additionally, our final call, intriguingly titled "Next Step Hogwarts," is dedicated to addressing any remaining queries you might have. This will be a fantastic opportunity to get fully prepared, as it's scheduled at least a week before your arrival in Houston. Please ensure you watch each video to familiarize yourself with what to expect at the event. Your preparation will enhance your experience significantly!

You’re attending a Branding Event, and here’s a vital truth: 55% of your success on stage comes from how you look.
The same rule applies to your brand. If you present your brand the way you dress every day, you’ll blend into the background and fade.
Worse, wearing the wrong 'clothes' for your brand can make you look unprofessional—or even ridiculous.

But don’t worry—it’s simpler than you think! With the right planning, you can stand out for all the right reasons. Dress your brand with intention, and the impact will speak for itself."**

On-Stage and Branding Attire Guidelines

For Guys:
On Stage: Wear black—no exceptions! Black is the coat of armor for great speakers. It conveys authority, elegance, and focus.
For Branding Photoshoots: Opt for a more casual look—perhaps jeans or a suit—but stick to black or other dark colors. These shades create a timeless, professional image that aligns with your brand’s strength.
If you haven’t seen Ernesto’s training on why black is the ultimate stage color, make sure to watch it before planning your wardrobe.
For Women:
On Stage: While the rules are more flexible than for men, dark colors are still preferred.
Choose from black, charcoal, navy blue, burgundy, or emerald green. These shades exude professionalism and focus.
Whatever you do, don’t dress like a piñata!

POSING

So, you’re gearing up for a Branding event where cameras will capture your every move. Fantastic! Except… most people show up dressed as if they’re preparing for another day at the office. WRONG.
Here’s the thing: none of us are born natural posers—unless, of course, you’re a Gen Z TikToker perfecting your pout in front of ring lights.
For the rest of us, posing is a skill, and it’s one you need to learn.
Watch these two (select guys or gals) videos before the event, or you’ll risk looking as stiff as a Madame Tussauds wax figure—or worse, like someone trying to blend in with the furniture.
I’ve warned you: if your photos turn out dreadful, you’ve got no one to blame but yourself!
HOMEWORK:1. Practice in front of the mirror2. Discover your good angles 3. Look at yourself at the mirror with the attires you will use for your branding
