These are the terms (the “Agreement”) that govern your attendance at and/or participation in any of our events or programs.
By registering to the Event or program, you are agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between Speak Internationally/Ernesto Verdugo and you: (The registered attendee, the 3rd party provider, the JV partner, the faculty member, the volunteer, or the guest (“you”).
If you have any objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not participate in any of our events or coaching programs.

PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

Program Enrollment: We offer multiple programs which include virtual training and LIVE on location training. All our educational programs and/or branding programs require candidates to participate on a MANDATORY 60–90-minute pre-enrollment call with one of our experts.
The Pre-enrollment Call: . Before the call, our experts will conduct an assessment to better understand your current situation and determine if our services align with your needs. This assessment is provided to you at no cost.
-Following the assessment, you will have the opportunity to explore how our programs can benefit you. We will engage in a comprehensive discussion covering various aspects, including program content, deliverables, available payment terms, travel arrangements, and any other questions or concerns you may have. 
The purpose of this call is for both parties to mutually assess whether working together is a viable option.
At the end of our call, if we both agree to move forward, we'll ask you to fill out a short enrollment form detailing the payment terms we discussed. This form is like our 'digital handshake,' signifying our agreement an we'll provide you then with instructions for making an initial down payment.

IMPORTANT: We genuinely care about our clients and want to make sure everyone feels comfortable with the terms.
 It wouldn't be fair to either of us if, after verbally agreeing, things changed.

To stress our commitment to this process, please know that if the agreed-upon down payment isn't made latest 7 days after our 'digital handshake,' there will be a non-refundable fee of $100. Our hope is that it never comes to this, as we aim for smooth and transparent collaboration. This step is in place to maintain the integrity of our agreements and the time we invest in our clients. We're all about fairness and clarity.

We do not accept any participant in our programs without having a one-on-one matriculation call.








The next step in the enrollment process is to submit a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT and confirm the payment plan that best suits your needs.
We understand that “life happens” and it is possible that you cannot participate in the event we agreed, for this reason, we will gladly honor the already paid deposit in case you decide to participate in any of our future events.Your deposit is valid for 365 days from the day of payment, after that date, you will forfeit that deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!Price Difference: If there is a price difference between the event you could not participate in and a future event, you will be notified and you will need to renegotiate your payment terms with us.Installment Payments & Cancellations: Our programs are limited in capacity. For this reason, the moment you enroll by paying your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, your spot in the program will be removed from our limited inventory. For this reason, any payment made after the NON-Refundable Deposit will ALSO be considered NON-REFUNDABLE. If you change your mind about participating in our program or need to cancel for any reason, we will not be able to provide you with a refund.
