3️⃣ Pay the $350 Recovery Fee (Speaker Travel Club Members)If this is your first event and you already paid the $1,000, your Recovery Fee is included. You do not need to pay again. This mandatory fee applies only to Speakers Travel Club members.

What Your Recovery Fee Covers:
Your Recovery Fee takes care of the unavoidable, behind-the-scenes costs that make our events possible.
These are not “extras”—they’re the non-negotiable every venue requires but most organizers bury
in the fine print.
It includes:
-Multiple venue rental and setup fees
-Equipment and AV rentals
-Cleaning and venue compliance charges
-Technical staff and on-site support
-Event insurance (required by all venues)
-Security and safety coverage
-Licenses and permits
-Refreshments, snacks, and an at least one meal.
In short: the hidden, intangible costs that keep the experience seamless—so you can focus on the event itself, not the logistics.
